What is EasyKash?

EasyKash is an Egyptian payment gateway that lets businesses start collecting online quickly, with options like credit/debit cards, wallets, cash collection and installments.

How the Odoo Integration Works

1. Install and enable EasyKash in Accounting → Configuration → Payment Providers.

2. Enter your API Key and HMAC Secret; set the correct path for the return page. all data can be found in your EasyKash merchant portal.

3. Set URLs in EasyKash portal:
   <your-site>/payment/easykash/webhook preferably click on the copy button to get the correct URL (callback URL)
   Note ensure to click on the submit button to save the URL in the EasyKash portal.
4. Ensure at least one payment method is active, EGP is available, and the correct Website is selected.

5. Select acceptable payment methods in your EasyKash merchant portal (cards, wallets, cash collection, etc.) and in the selection dropdown in the easykash configuration all acceptable methods are added.

Callback

After payment, the customer is redirected to the Return URL which the base + return path. The Callback (webhook) separately confirms the final status to Odoo—use both for reliability.

for example the base url is https://myodoo.com the return url will be https://myodoo.com/payment/easykash/return the user needs to add the path which is /payment/easykash/return
