Access Rights Management:

Manage user roles-Technician, Head Technician, Service Manager, Director Commercial.

Create Machine:

Differentiate machines as products with the "Is Machine" option.

Repair Order Creation:

Add machine and customer details, assign technicians, and set priority.

Machine Service Details:

Specify service types and print repair receipts.

Diagnosis Creation:

Generate diagnoses in one click based on repair orders.

Add Diagnosis Result:

Technicians enter results and can add spare parts.

1) Access Rights:

Four access groups control permissions for the machine repair module:

Technician: Works on assigned work orders and has read-only access to diagnosis and repair orders.

Head Technician: Manages all work orders and can assign technicians and enter diagnosis results.

Service Manager: Creates and manages repair orders, converts them to diagnoses, and generates quotations.

Director Commercial: Admin role with full access rights.

Navigation : Settings ➡ Users & Companies ➡ Users

2) Create Machine:

Machines are registered as products in the system. Check "Is Machine" on the product form to identify it as a machine.

3) Assign to Technician:


Only contacts marked with "Is Technician" are selectable in the "Assigned To" field for machine repair.

4) Create Repair Order:

Record repair order details, including machine information, customer details, and priority. Assign it to a technician if needed.

5) Machine Service Details:

Specify if the machine is under warranty and if the service is paid or free. Add relevant service descriptions. Print a receipt to provide to the customer.

Generate a printable repair receipt or label with all repair details for customer reference.

29) Machine Stages Menu:

Manage repair order stages. Each stage can only be assigned to one record to prevent duplicates.

30) Stage Assignment Error:

If a selected stage is already assigned to another record, an error message will appear. This prevents assigning the same stage to multiple records, ensuring unique stages for each.
