What It Actually Do?
It works within the context of a single logged-in Odoo user session.
It asks for a PIN from employees (linked to HR records, not login accounts).
It doesn't switch user context.
It adds additional security, not authentication substitution.
This is functionally similar to POS operator PINs or PIN validation in kiosks but usefull for other apps as well
