Start from Topbar

Employee clicks the tracker icon from the global Odoo topbar.

Select Project & Task

User selects project, task, and enters activity description from the attractive popup.

Track Live Time

The running timer appears in the topbar and in the centered tracker popup.

Stop Manually or Auto Stop

User can stop manually, or the system auto-stops the tracker during logout.

Add to Timesheet

Completed tracker entries can be selected from the action menu and converted to official timesheets.

Active Tracking

Shows the currently running activity with live timer, project, task, and description.

Timesheet Added

Entry has already been converted into an account.analytic.line timesheet record.

Pending Timesheet

Completed tracker entry is still pending and can be added to timesheets.
