Manage employee leave requests with ease using the Employee Time-Off Portal. This app allows your employees to submit time-off, vacation, and sick leave requests directly from the portal without depending on HR for manual entries. With a simple and intuitive self-service interface, employees can request, track, and manage their leaves anytime, anywhere. HR managers can quickly review, approve, or reject requests, making the entire leave management process faster, transparent, and hassle-free.

Description:

1. After installing the module, this “Time Off Request” option appears in the employee portal dashboard — serving as the starting point for submitting leave requests.


2. Employees can start a new request using the “Create Timeoff Request” button from an empty dashboard.


3. The leave request form with fields for type, duration, and description — guiding users to fill and submit their request.


4. After submitted form, displays a submitted request with To Approve status — users can still edit or delete before HR review.


5. From the Time Off module, HR or Managers can click the Management tab to reveal the Time Off submenu — where all submitted leave requests become visible for review and approval.


6. HR or Manager’s panel where they can approve or refuse employee leave requests.


7. After Confirms a successfully approved leave request, completing the approval workflow.


8. A warning when a leave type needs prior allocation — alerting users to contact HR before submission.


9. From the Time Off module, HR or Managers can click the Management tab and access the Allocations submenu to create leave allocations for portal users.


10. HR can create and approve leave allocations for employees from the Allocations interface.


11. User now has enough balance and can successfully submit a Paid Time Off request.


12. User can create multiple leave requests with various statuses clarifying that edit/delete is only available before approval.


13. The final allocation list where HR can manage all allocations with Approve/Refuse actions and completing the full leave workflow.
