Report Components
The report tracks comprehensive inventory data across multiple dimensions:

| Starting Quantity | Stock quantity at the beginning of the selected period |
| Incoming Quantity | Total products received during the period (purchases, returns, etc.) |

| Adjusted Quantity | Inventory adjustments made during the period |
| Final Quantity | Ending stock: Starting + Incoming - Outgoing + Adjusted |

How to Generate Reports
Step-by-Step Guide
- Navigate to Inventory → Reports → Stock Valuation Report
- Select the Date From (defaults to start of current month)
- Select the Date To (defaults to today)
- Choose the Company (defaults to your current company)
- Optionally select specific Warehouses (leave empty for all)
- Optionally select specific Products (leave empty for all)
- Choose Group By option:
- Product - One row per product (sum across warehouses)
- Warehouse - One row per warehouse (sum across products)
- Detailed - One row per product-warehouse combination
- Click Generate PDF Report or Generate Excel Report
