Why Choose This Module
Features Expedientes por materia — files classified by area of law (civil, penal, laboral, mercantil, administrativo, familia...), with client, opposing party, responsible lawyer, court (juzgado) and procedure reference. Plazos procesales — a procedural-deadline calendar that computes the due date from the notification date and the number of days (hábiles or naturales), flags imminent and overdue deadlines. Hitos — milestones / actuaciones with their dates and state to follow the life of the file. Document vault — attach and classify the documents of a file (demanda, contestación, pruebas, sentencia...). Minutas (fee notes) — draft fee notes per the orientative bar scale (baremo orientativo de honorarios) computed from the matter scale and the litigated amount (cuantía), with provisions and a worksheet total. Conflict checks — detect potential conflicts of interest by matching a prospective client/opponent against the parties of existing files. Time tracking — log billable time entries per file with rate and amount.
