ES Amortizaciones
Amortización española con las tablas oficiales de la AEAT: coeficientes lineal/degresivo, libro y asientos contables
Gestión de la amortización del inmovilizado según las tablas oficiales de la AEAT. El módulo modela las categorías de elementos con su referencia de tabla, el coeficiente lineal máximo y el periodo máximo de vida útil, calcula el cuadro de amortización por ejercicio, genera los asientos y exporta el libro de amortizaciones en CSV para el expediente / Modelo 200.
Características principales
Activo amortizable
Registra Categoría, Valor de adquisición, Valor residual, Fecha de entrada en funcionamiento y Coeficiente anual (%). Con un clic: generar libro, confirmar, volver a borrador, cancelar y contabilizar lo vencido.
Categoría de amortización (tabla AEAT)
Registra Elemento, Grupo/Tabla, Coef. lineal máximo (%), Periodo máximo (años) y Coef. lineal mínimo (%). Con un clic: ver activos.
Línea de amortización
Registra Activo, Ejercicio, Cuota, Amortización acumulada y Valor neto. Con un clic: contabilizar, descontabilizar y ver asiento.
Registro de amortizaciones del ejercicio
Registra Ejercicio y Detalle. Con un clic: calcular, cerrar y reiniciar.
Registro de amortizaciones — detalle
Registra Activo, Cuota contable, Cuota fiscal y Ajuste, para controlar la diferencia entre amortización contable y fiscal.
Libro de amortizaciones (exportación)
Registra Ejercicio, Categorías y Fichero CSV. Con un clic: calcular y exportar a CSV.

Por qué elegir este módulo
Categorías de elementos con la referencia de la tabla AEAT, el coeficiente lineal máximo y el periodo máximo de vida útil, que definen la banda lineal admisible. Activos con valor de adquisición, valor residual, fecha de entrada en funcionamiento, método y coeficiente; admite el método lineal, el método degresivo por porcentaje constante y el degresivo (suma de dígitos), con los multiplicadores del art. 5 RIS (1,5 / 2,0 / 2,5 según la banda de vida útil). Motor de cuadro de amortización que construye el libro por ejercicio: cuota anual, amortización acumulada, valor neto contable, con prorrateo del primer año por día/mes y suelo de valor residual. Flujo borrador → en curso → hecho; un asiento por ejercicio con cargo a 68x (dotación) y abono a 28x (amortización acumulada). Diferencia fiscal-contable por ejercicio (ajuste extracontable), limitando la cuota deducible al coeficiente máximo de la AEAT. El asistente del libro de amortizaciones exporta el cuadro completo a CSV para el expediente / Modelo 200; el cliente presenta en la Sede de la AEAT por su cuenta.
