ES Trienios
Seniority complements (trienios/quinquenios) per convenio: automatic accrual of the antigüedad complement and the recibo-de-salarios lines you pay each month.
Most Spanish *convenios colectivos* reward length of service with a seniority complement (*complemento de antigüedad*) paid as **trienios** (every 3 years),
Key Features
Convenio seniority schemes
define the period in months (36 for a trienio, 60 for a quinquenio…), the euro amount per step, an optional cap on steps, the number of annual payments (pagas) and whether the complement is consolidable.
Employee seniority
from each employee's seniority start date the engine computes completed periods, the steps already accrued, the next accrual date and the current monthly amount.
Monthly accrual run
for a chosen month it builds the recibo lines for every active employee, with the step count and the euro amount, ready to feed your payroll.
Step ladder
see every past and future step with its accrual date and cumulative amount, so you can audit and forecast the complement.
CSV export
export the run detail (employee, scheme, steps, amount) to CSV for review or to load into your payroll.
