número de historia automático, datos personales y de contacto, edad calculada, grupo sanguíneo, alergias y alertas médicas, antecedentes y evolución clínica fechada (anamnesis, exploración, diagnóstico, tratamiento, prescripción).
Agenda de citas
vista de calendario por profesional y gabinete con control de solapamientos (no se puede doblar la reserva de un profesional ni de un gabinete), duración por defecto del profesional, flujo de estados (solicitada → confirmada → en sala → realizada / cancelada / no presentada) y generación automática de un apunte de evolución al cerrar la cita.
Buscador de huecos
un asistente recorre el horario laboral del profesional y propone los huecos libres reales; reserva o reprograma la cita en el hueco elegido.
Profesionales y horarios
especialidad, nº de colegiado, gabinete habitual, horario laboral semanal y cómputo de horas/semana.
Presupuestos / planes de tratamiento
plan dividido en fases (pieza, cantidad, precio), subtotales y total con descuento global, barra de progreso por fases realizadas y flujo de aprobación.
Revisiones / recalls
recordatorios periódicos (revisión, higiene, control de ortodoncia, postoperatorio) con generación masiva por profesional o selección, aviso por actividad y creación de la cita asociada.
Recordatorios automáticos
tareas programadas (ir.cron) que avisan de las citas próximas y de las revisiones que vencen, con días de antelación configurables.
