Por qué elegir este módulo
Qué hace: Estructura del convenio — modela los grupos profesionales, categorías y niveles del convenio con el salario base anual/mensual y el número de pagas extra al año. Complementos — define complementos salariales por categoría (antigüedad, plus convenio, peligrosidad...) como importe fijo o como porcentaje sobre la base, de modo que se calcula el salario total de la tabla. Importación CSV — importa la tabla salarial desde un CSV (categoría, nivel, salario base, pagas) para cargar rápidamente las tablas de convenio publicadas, con una vista previa antes de confirmar. Aplicación a empleados — asigna una categoría/nivel de convenio a los empleados y genera una hoja del salario de tabla (mensual y anual, con las pagas extra prorrateadas) para cada empleado, para contrastarla con la nómina real. Revisión salarial — aplica una revisión porcentual (subida de convenio) a toda una tabla para crear la versión del año siguiente, conservando la anterior.
