Rate configuration per year: the specific Seguridad Social cotización adicional on overtime (fuerza mayor vs the rest), the default pay uplift over the ordinary hour and the legal annual cap of 80 hours (ET art. 35.2). Overtime record per employee/date: kind (ordinarias / fuerza mayor / compensadas con descanso), hours and the ordinary hour value.
