Why Choose This Module
What it does Inmuebles — type, address, m², rooms, price, energy rating, state (captado → publicado → reservado → vendido) and photos placeholder. Mandatos de captación — exclusiva or no exclusiva, captador, fees (%), validity; only properties with an active mandate can be published. Demandas (compradores) — zone, budget range, min m²/rooms; a matching engine scores listings against the demand. Visitas — schedule visits of a buyer to a property with feedback/outcome. Exportación a portales — produce a CSV feed (Idealista/Fotocasa columns) of published properties. Comisiones — on a closed sale, compute the agency fee and split it between captador and vendedor by configurable percentages.
