Modelo 179 worksheet: tourist-rental intermediation operations (host, tenant, cadastral reference, days, amount) as an informative declaration worksheet you file at the AEAT.
For platforms and agencies that intermediate in the rental of dwellings for tourist use, the AEAT requires the quarterly informative *Modelo 179*. This app records every intermediated operation — host (cedente), tenant (cesionario), property with its cadastral reference, the days of enjoyment and the amount — validates the data and builds the 179 worksheet you file at the AEAT yourself.
Key Features
Properties (inmuebles)
register each dwelling with its address and the 20-character cadastral reference (referencia catastral), with a check-digit style length/format validation.
Intermediated operations
for each booking: cedente (host) and his NIF, cesionario (tenant), property, start date, number of days, gross amount and the means of payment, classified by the 179 operation keys.
Quarterly declaration
group the operations by quarter into a Modelo 179 worksheet, with per-property and per-host subtotals and the record count.
Validation
NIF presence, cadastral reference length, non-negative days and amount, and date-in-quarter checks before the worksheet is marked ready.
CSV export
export the declaration detail to CSV in the 179 field order for review or to load into the AEAT form.
