Why Choose This Module
What it does Spell any amount in French or Dutch with the correct grammar: quatre-vingts*, *deux cents*, *soixante-et-onze*, the *et-un* liaison, and the Dutch inversion *eenentwintig* / *tweehonderdvierendertig*. Currency-aware — choose the currency words (euros/centimes, euro/cent, francs/centimes, ...) per currency via a small mapping table. Cheque line builder — produce the tamper-resistant uppercase, asterisk- padded line banks expect (``* MILLE DEUX CENTS EUROS *``). Spelled-amount records — a stored object that keeps the source amount, the language, the currency and the generated text, so it can be referenced from any document or report. QWeb helper — call ``env['amount.words.helper'].words(amount)`` from any report template to print the spelled amount inline.
