Why Choose This Module
Approval policies -- per target model (account.move, payment batch, VAT return, e-invoice export, ...) with amount thresholds, a minimum number of approvers, a self-approval ban and an allowed-approver group. Approval requests -- a draft fiscal document raises a request; one or more authorised checkers (different from the maker) must approve before the action is released. Requests carry a full state flow draft -> submitted -> approved / rejected, with reason and timestamp. Segregation-of-duties report -- detects cases where the same user made and approved, where a policy was bypassed, or where a single user concentrates both roles, and scores SoD risk per user and per policy. Delegation -- temporary approver delegation with date windows, fully logged.
