Yes, the app works perfectly well with Odoo Enterprise (On-premise and Odoo.SH) as well as Community on version 18.0. Odoo Online (Cloud) does not allow installation of third-party apps.

This module integrates WhatsApp directly inside Odoo using a secure local service. Scan the QR code, configure the service URL, and start sending messages from Odoo chatter.

How it Works - Visual Workflow
Odoo Desktop Flow:
- Go to Settings and configure the Service URL (e.g., http://localhost:3002).
- Navigate to Settings → Technical → WhatsApp → Control Panel.
- Click "Connect WhatsApp" to request connection. Scan the QR code.
- Go to any Odoo record (CRM, Sales) and send messages via Odoo Chatter.
Session Reset & Reconnection Flow:
- Disconnect the WhatsApp number from Odoo Control Panel.
- Clear old session auth cache in Odoo Technical settings if required.
- Click Connect in the Odoo Control Panel to scan the fresh QR code.
