To create a multistep form, drag and drop the snippet
Click on the Add Step button to add a step
Use the highlighted option to modify the icon media, icon size, icon color, background color, and icon style
Use the highlighted option to modify the icon label content, label colors, and label size
Choose the field, then click Move Forward to proceed to the next step or Back Forward to return to the previous step

Click the Remove Step button to delete the current step
The current step has been removed from the sequence of steps
Choose a top position to display the connectors in a top view
By selecting the Marked option below, you can modify the step connector and the color
The view displays the step connector with its line and color modifications

Choose a bottom position to display the connectors in a bottom view
Choose the left position to display the connectors in a left view

By selecting the Marked option below, you can modify the next button position and the color
By selecting the Marked option below, you can modify the previous button position and the color
By selecting the Marked option below, you can modify the submit button position and the color
Select the file upload field, then enter the accepted types in the marked option (e.g., .png, .jpeg)
The validation message for the file upload field with accepted types is displayed
You can add the range field to both custom and existing fields in the form
By selecting the marked option below, you can modify the range field's colors, unit values, and attributes
Personalize the form's call to action
Enable the address filter to filter address fields, such as counties based on states and states based on cities

Currently, our Multi Step Form module supports a form structure divided into multiple steps for improved user experience and layout. However, it does not include native support for embedding a form within another form (i.e., a nested or child form).
If you require a child form feature, we would be happy to explore a custom implementation for you. To proceed, please share more details about your specific requirements—what functionality you would like the child form to have, how you expect it to behave, and where it should appear within the multi-step process.
