Excel/CSV Invoice Reconciler

Overview
Stop wasting hours manually searching and clicking invoices in the bank reconciliation widget. The Excel/CSV Invoice Reconciler allows you to upload a simple file containing invoice numbers and amounts to instantly link them to your bank transaction.
Bulk Processing
Link dozens of invoices to a single bank line in seconds. Perfect for grouped payments or payment service provider settlements.
Multiple Formats
Supports XLSX, XLS, and CSV files. Use the tools you're already familiar with.
Intelligent Matching
Automatically detects headers like 'invoice' and 'amount'. Validates states to ensure only open, posted invoices are linked.
How to Use
Prepare your file
Create a CSV, XLS, or XLSX file with two columns: Invoice (full name) and Amount. The system intelligently handles the sign.
Open Reconciliation
Navigate to Accounting Dashboard > Bank Journal > Transactions to open the bank reconciliation widget.
Link Invoices
Select a transaction and click the "Link Invoices" button in the left sidebar.
Validate
Choose your file. The system will process everything and add reconciliation lines instantly. Validate as usual!
Troubleshooting
- "Invoice/Bill not found": Ensure names are correct and invoices are Posted and not yet reconciled.
- "Unsupported file
format": Ensure you are using
.csv,.xls, or.xlsx. - Button not visible: The button appears in the bank reconciliation form view for the selected transaction.
