STORY BEHIND THE FEATURES

ODOO BEHAVIOR

Odoo provides a feature that links Analytic Distribution from a Purchase Order to Analytic Items, allowing users to track financial allocations across different analytic accounts. However, when reviewing entries in Analytic Items, there is no indication of the original source of the analytic distribution.

CLUEDOO BEHAVIOR

Cluedoo enhances this functionality by introducing a Type field in Analytic Items, specifying each analytic distribution's original source. This field allows users to quickly identify whether an analytic item originates from a Purchase Order, Sale Order, Expense, Invoice, or another financial document. By providing clear categorization, this feature improves traceability and financial analysis, making it easier to audit and manage analytic allocations.

CLUEDOO RECOMMENDATIONS

Install on 1000% of the database.

HOW TO USE THIS MODULE

1. Create a purchase order. From there, set the analytic account and then confirm the purchase order.

In later versions, Analytic Account changes to Analytic Distribution

2. Go to Analytic Items. Here we will find the analytic item from the purchase order line.
