ODOO'S FUNCTION
In Odoo, when creating a new planning shift or schedule, users must manually input the Start Time and End Time for each new record.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
Cluedoo enhances Odoo's sending email template engine by introducing:
1️⃣ Detailed configuration options for all email templates.
2️⃣ Granular controls for automatic emails sent by the system.
This empowers users to choose exactly how and when they communicate with third parties, such as customers and suppliers, rather than leaving it to the system to decide. This controlled workflow puts you back in charge, eliminating uncertainty and ensuring your communication is always exactly as you intend.

1. Go to Planning > Configuration > Settings > Set the Start Time and End Time for the Default Period Start and End time Planning > Save |

2. Make sure the Timezone of the user is the same as your local computer's timezone
Note:
Shift times are not automatically converted. A shift we set for 9:00 AM will appear as 9:00 AM to the user, regardless of their timezone.

3. Go to
Planning
> New > You will see that the
start time
and
end time
of the shift are the same as the one you set in
Settings
