ODOO'S FUNCTIONS
Odoo allows you to centralize documents attached to the Helpdesk app.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTIONS
Cluedoo extends this feature and lets you centralize and synchronize all your documents of Operation in the Helpdesk app to the Documents app.
This allows for a more convenient and easily managed experience by using tags to categorize your document.
With this module, you can fully manage your documents in one place.
HOW TO USE THIS MODULE
1.
On Settings -> File Centralization, configure the location that you want the uploaded file to be saved. Tags can also be created for better management.
2.
On Manufacturing -> Bill of Materials (BoM), create an Operation and then upload your document.
3.
On the Documents app, the uploaded file from the Operation can be found in the location set in Setting (Step 1).
