ODOO'S FUNCTION

Odoo does not manage delivery fees directly on invoices.

CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION

CLuedoo introduces the Is Delivery Fee option in invoice lines to:

​1️⃣ Explicitly specify and manage delivery fees directly on the invoice.

​2️⃣ Dynamically calculate and distribute the delivery fee into the unit price of each invoiced product.


1. Go to Settings > Users & Companies

Choose the user you want to allow access right

In Extra Rights , find and tick:

  • Manage Delivery Fee for Invoice
  • Manage Manual Delivery Fee

Then Save

2. When creating an Invoice , we have an additional field to put the Delivery Fee , then it will be added to Fapiao Unit Price VAT Included , Fapiao Subtotal , and Fapiao Subtotal VAT Included .

Note:
  • Fapiao Unit Price VAT Included = [Unit Price * (1 – Discount Rate) + Unit Delivery Fee] * (1 + Tax Rate)
  • Fapiao Subtotal = Untaxed Amount + Total Delivery Fee
  • Fapiao Subtotal VAT Included = Fapiao Subtotal * (1 + Tax Rate)


3. Fill in the delivery fee for every product order line.

After that, we will add a line for the total delivery fee of all the products by checking the Is Delivery Fees option.

The unit price of this product will automatically reflect the sum of all the delivery fees lines .
