ODOO'S FUNCTION
In Odoo, when an email is sent, it is delivered to all record followers except the sender. The sender does not receive a copy of the email.
CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION
With CLuedoo, a new option has been added to the Email Template : a checkbox labeled "Send to Sender" . When this option is enabled, the sender will also receive the email, along with all other followers. This provides better visibility and tracking for the person initiating the email.
