STORY BEHIND THE FEATURES
ODOO BEHAVIOR
Odoo proposes very powerful communication tools with its internal messaging features, but lacks control of some communications such as to blocking some automatic emails, review content, etc. In order for you to control 100% of the communication in your company, let Odoo take on some of these pains on your behalf.
Most of the automatic emails are managed via subtype but with non-editable content.
CLUEDOO BEHAVIOR
Cluedoo proposes a library of modules to control communication from Odoo.
The current module adds the notion of an email template on Subtype in order for you to fully control the content of your communication behind automatic emails.

CLUEDOO RECOMMENDATION
Install for 100% of your database. Odoo Communication is an incredibly useful feature but it's mandatory for you to fully control what is going in and out of the system.
Tips/Warning: Some automatic emails are hardcoded and thus cannot be managed via Subtype.

Add Email Template in Subtypes
HOW TO USE THIS MODULE

In Developer mode, go to Settings → Technical → (Email) Subtypes.

Open the Subtypes and click on the Email Template field.

Create the email template to your liking.
4. From v17 onwards, we don't have email template in Subtype. But we replace it with Can Send checkbox.
UPDATE FROM V18
1. Go to Settings / Technical / Discuss / Subtypes > Choose Discussion > Checkbox Can send ( this step allow to send message body in subtypes)
2. Choose subtype that we want to add message > Add message on Description > Check box Can send
3. Choose email template that we already added message > Our message will be included in the email body
