STORY BEHIND THE FEATURE
ODOO BEHAVIOR
In Odoo, certain advanced functionalities, particularly in Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), are not natively available in Odoo’s standard, which means users cannot set advanced product parameter management, BoM status tracking, flexible version labeling, batched ECO handling, serial number management, automated quality checks, and document synchronization.
CLUEDOO BEHAVIOR
Cluedoo introduces fal_mrp_plm_documents designed to streamline user management and enhance efficiency by synchronizing BoM documents with the Documents app for centralized access.

HOW TO USE THIS MODULE

In Inventory → Configuration , we can set the Product Target Parameter Type . Set the code and select the value type (Text, Number, Boolean, Selection, Required Field Check, Matching Field Value). |

2. Go to Settings > Documents > Files Centralization > Checkbox Bill Of Material > Choose Workspace and Default Tags |

3. Head to Documents > Products , you will see the new attachment has been synced to the app |
