ODOO'S FUNCTIONS
Odoo allows selling out-of-stock products in the POS, but it does not provide an option to automatically hide products when stock levels drop below zero.

HOW TO USE THIS MODULE

Go to Point of Sale (PoS) settings → PoS Interface. Here we have the option to Hide Unavailable Product.

The PoS interface will display only those products that currently have a quantity on hand.
Update on v18
1. If the product isn't tracked, it still appear in the PoS even Hide unavailable product is checked
