STORY BEHIND THE FEATURE

ODOO BEHAVIOR

In Odoo, the Control Frequency field in Quality Control Points allows users to define how often a quality check should be triggered. The available periodic units are limited to Days , Weeks , and Months , but Hours is not available. This restricts the ability to perform highly frequent checks for time-sensitive operations such as continuous production or shift-based processes.

CLUEDOO BEHAVIOR

Cluedoo extends the Control Frequency functionality in Quality Control Points by adding "Hours" as a selectable unit. This enhancement allows users to define quality checks with higher granularity, supporting frequent testing (e.g., every 2 hours) for critical operations. It provides more precise control over periodic inspections, especially useful in fast-paced or continuous production environments.
