Field service work order management for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and maintenance services. Manage work orders through a full status workflow, track parts and SLA fields, run recurring maintenance contracts and let scheduled actions generate work orders, send renewal reminders and flag SLA breaches.
Key Features
Work Order Management
Work orders with an auto-generated reference and a Draft -> Assigned -> In Progress -> Completed status workflow. Customer, location, technician, priority and service type, with chatter on every record.
Time & Parts Tracking
Computed travel time, service time and actual duration from recorded start/end timestamps, plus parts & materials lines with per-line and computed totals.
SLA Monitoring
Priority-based deadlines (Critical 2h, High 4h, Medium 8h, Low 24h). A scheduled action runs every 15 minutes and schedules a warning activity on work orders that have breached or are close to breaching.
Recurring Maintenance
Contract-based recurring services with configurable frequency and interval. A daily scheduled action generates work orders from active contracts and advances each contract's next service date.
Renewal Reminders
A daily contract-expiration check schedules a follow-up activity and emails a renewal reminder to customers with an email address on file.
Technician Directory & Calendar
A simple technician directory with availability and skills, plus list, form and calendar views of work orders for scheduling.
