1. Navigate to Fleet - Go to Fleet > Vehicles
2. Open Vehicle - Select or create a vehicle
3. Go to Seat Chart Tab - Click on the "Seat Chart" tab
4. Open Visual Editor - Click "Open Visual Editor" button
5. Design Your Layout:
   • Select seat type (Seat, Berth, Driver, Bathroom, Stairs)
   • Click on grid cells to place elements
   • Add/remove rows and columns as needed
   • Add multiple floors for double-decker buses
6. Save - Click OK to save your layout
