How It Works

3. Manager opens POS → Configuration → POS Authorization, finds the reference, and shares the code.
4. Cashier enters the code → action completes → request marked as used.

Quick Setup

Does it work offline?

Approvals are generated/validated within the POS session. For best results, use online sessions; offline behavior follows your POS sync policy.

Can we choose which actions require approval?

Yes. Enable/disable approvals for discounts, refunds, pricelist, and fiscal position per role or user.

Where do managers review approvals?

In POS → Configuration → POS Authorization (search, filter, audit).

Is POS HR required?
