Amazon ↔ Odoo Connector — for FBA & FBM
A standalone Amazon SP-API app that runs your whole Amazon business inside Odoo — whether Amazon ships it (FBA) or you ship it (FBM).
Import orders into real Odoo sales, sync your catalog (price & stock), confirm shipments to Amazon, manage FBA inventory with real warehouse moves, handle returns and buyer messages, see your numbers in built-in dashboards, and let a free AI tell you exactly when and how much to restock. One app, its own menu, fully independent of Odoo’s native Amazon module.
FBM — you ship it
Orders become real Odoo deliveries. Pick, pack and validate in Odoo — the connector reads your carrier tracking and calls Amazon confirmShipment automatically. Stock is deducted from your own warehouse, returns flow back to stock.
FBA — Amazon ships it
FBA orders are imported and marked fulfilled by Amazon — no double shipping. Your FBA stock is mirrored into dedicated Odoo locations with real 2-step moves, inbound plans are tracked, and the AI plans your next pallet.
1. Your own Amazon app — multi-account, multi-marketplace, real orders
A dedicated top-level app with its own clean menu (Dashboard, Orders, Catalog, FBA, Returns & Cases, Messaging, Analytics, Configuration) — not buried under Sales, and not dependent on Odoo’s native sale_amazon. Connect unlimited Seller accounts and marketplaces (ES, FR, DE, IT…) with LWA credentials. The connector imports your orders on a schedule and turns each one into a real Odoo sale order — visible in Sales, ready to deliver and invoice — correctly classified as FBA or FBM. A configurable first-import window (e.g. last 24h) means go-live never floods you with years of history.
Live environment: multiple Seller accounts (Amazon España y Portugal, Amazon Francia) configured and active.
Account form: LWA credentials, marketplace, seller ID, endpoint, order-import window and carrier mapping.
2. FBM shipment tracking — confirmShipment from Odoo deliveries
When you validate a delivery in Odoo, the connector reads the carrier tracking reference, matches the Amazon order items by SKU and calls confirmShipment on the SP-API — automatically on validation or manually, order by order. Status is tracked per line (Sent / Partial / Pending / Error) and every call is logged in the Odoo chatter for full traceability. Carrier names are mapped Odoo ↔ Amazon so Amazon always gets a valid carrier.
Tracking workspace: per-order status (Sent / Partial / Pending / Error), delivery validation flow and chatter log with marketplace, items and carrier detail.
3. Catalog & listings — SKU binding, price and stock sync
Bind Odoo products to Amazon ASINs by SKU (with a nightly auto-bind pipeline) and publish full catalog payloads via the Listings Items API. Synchronize offer price and stock per listing for both MFN and FBA channels. Listings are grouped product-first so a product with several marketplace listings stays tidy, and every SKU keeps its own operational log for debugging and audit.
Live environment: full catalog with real SKUs, ASIN, sync status, offer price and stock per listing.
Binding workspace: SKU–ASIN table, auto-bind pipeline and PUT Listings API catalog publication.
4. FBA inventory — real 2-step stock, country routing & kit-aware
Manage FBA without leaving Odoo. Stock levels are pulled per fulfillment center and country and mirrored into dedicated, per-account Odoo locations with real 2-step moves: internal → “FBA in transit” when you ship a pallet, then → “FBA / <country>” when Amazon receives it. Inbound plans (packing groups, boxes, shipment states) are tracked, and the full inbound payload is captured (reserved & unfulfillable breakdowns, future supply). Kit-aware: if a product is a kit/BoM, stock and replenishment are reasoned on the real components it consumes.
Live environment: full FBA inventory with SKU, ASIN, available / reserved / inbound quantities and report state.
FBA stock by country (ES/FR/DE), fulfillment-center code, mapped Odoo location, units and sync state.
5. AI replenishment — know exactly when & how much to restock FREE
A built-in analyst reads your real sales and FBA stock and, per variant, computes a professional forecast: a recency-weighted demand rate, a trend (rising / stable / falling), a statistical safety stock (service-level × demand variability × √lead-time), a reorder point and a ship-by date. For EU-pooled FBA it sums demand across marketplaces while counting pooled stock only once. It then writes a plain-language weekly digest — “prepare a pallet of X, ship before this date” — and, for kits, lists the exact raw materials to build. It is grounded: it never invents numbers, flags low-confidence forecasts, and never guesses a lead time it hasn’t measured. Powered by your choice of free LLM provider (Groq, Google Gemini, OpenAI-compatible / self-hosted) — 0 € running cost — with an optional paid provider and monthly cost cap.
SKU 56-LKZA-VOF9 (kit) needs restocking now (send now). It sells 0.33 u/day with a rising ▲ trend; current FBA cover is only 3 days. Reorder point is 9.4 u (demand during lead time + safety stock).
➤ Prepare a pallet of 18 units and ship before 2026-06-16. Raw materials to build: MLC-50-100 roll ×1.8 — 33 in stock ✓ enough.
⚠ Forecast confidence is low (thin sales history) — review manually. Lead time 21 days is a default estimate until your real inbound shipments are measured.
The AI narrates in your language, only from your real figures — honest by design: it tells you when it is unsure instead of guessing.
Live environment: a real weekly AI report — provider, model, tokens and 0€ cost, with the grounded narrative in the seller’s language.
Live environment: the per-variant restock plan — sales velocity, days of cover, recommended quantity and ship-by deadline per SKU.
6. Returns & post-sale cases — full post-sale traceability
Import Amazon return lines from the Reports API straight into Odoo — with fulfillment type, SKU, quantity, return state, refund amount and stock impact. FBM returns can be automatically received back into stock (a validated return picking) once finalized. Open internal post-sale cases (RMA or CASE) linked to the Amazon order with status tracking and reason codes, so your support team stays in Odoo instead of Seller Central.
Live environment: returns imported from Amazon Reports API with account, SKU, quantity, refund amount and stock status.
Post-sale cases: RMA / CASE records with Amazon order, state (Refunded / Pending / Error) and reason code.
7. Buyer messaging — reply from Odoo, not Seller Central
Handle buyer messages linked to their Amazon order directly in Odoo via the Amazon messaging flow. Each conversation shows the order reference, subject, status and last activity. Reply with templates, keep open threads visible and close resolved ones — all without jumping to Seller Central.
Messaging workspace: conversations by Amazon order with subject, status (Open / Waiting / Done), last activity and templated reply.
8. Dashboards & BI — see your Amazon business at a glance
A KPI panel (units/day, days-of-cover at risk, stranded value, average & P90 FBA lead time, FBA/FBM split) plus native graph & pivot analytics over sales, stock health, restock plan, FBA inventory and returns — all standard Odoo reporting, no extra setup.
Live environment: the per-account KPI dashboard — orders & sales value, shipment sync success / SLA / lead time, returns and open cases, with one-click buttons to the AI report, restock plan and BI views.

Why this connector
FBA & FBM in one app
Whether Amazon ships or you ship, every order, return and stock move is handled correctly — no double shipping, no manual reconciliation.
Truly standalone
Independent of Odoo’s native Amazon module — its own app, its own order import, its own clean data model.
AI that doesn’t cost — or lie
Free LLM providers, 0€ running cost, grounded in your real numbers, honest about uncertainty.
Technical requirements
Works on Odoo 17.0, 18.0 and 19.0 (Community or Enterprise). Does not require Odoo’s native sale_amazon module — it is fully standalone (depends only on standard Sales, Stock, Delivery and Mail). You need Amazon SP-API LWA credentials from your Seller Central developer account; the legacy AWS IAM keys are optional (LWA-only works). The Odoo server needs outbound internet access to the SP-API endpoints. AI Insights are optional and off by default — enable with any free LLM API key.
