Create Flowmium employees with one click — directly from Odoo

Stop entering new hires twice. Flowmium Integration adds a single button to the Odoo employee form that instantly creates the employee in your Flowmium account via API — saving your HR team the manual work every time someone joins the company.

How It Works

1. Open Employee

Open any employee record in Odoo HR — the new Create Flowmium User button is right in the header.

2. One Click

Click the button. The module authenticates to Flowmium, checks for duplicates, and creates the employee automatically.

3. Done

A success notification confirms the employee is now live in Flowmium — no browser switching, no copy-pasting.

What Gets Transferred

All the key employee data Flowmium needs is read directly from existing Odoo fields — nothing to retype.

Name & Gender

First name, last name, and gender mapped from the employee record.

Job Title

Position from the Odoo job field, transferred in both original and English form.

Work Email & Phone

Work email address and phone number from the employee's contact details.

Private Address

Street, ZIP code, and city from the employee's private address fields.

Date & Place of Birth

Birthday and birthplace from the HR private information tab.

Key Features

Go to Odoo Settings → Flowmium Integration

A dedicated section in the HR settings panel holds all Flowmium configuration.

Schluss mit doppelter Dateneingabe. Flowmium Integration fügt dem Odoo-Mitarbeiterformular einen einzigen Button hinzu, der den Mitarbeiter per API sofort in Ihrem Flowmium-Konto anlegt — und Ihrem HR-Team die manuelle Arbeit bei jeder Neueinstellung erspart.

Funktionsweise

1. Mitarbeiter öffnen

Den gewünschten Mitarbeiterdatensatz im Odoo HR öffnen — der neue Button Flowmium User erstellen erscheint direkt im Kopfbereich.

2. Ein Klick

Klick auf den Button. Das Modul authentifiziert sich bei Flowmium, prüft auf Duplikate und legt den Mitarbeiter automatisch an.

3. Fertig

Eine Erfolgsmeldung bestätigt, dass der Mitarbeiter in Flowmium angelegt wurde — kein Browser-Wechsel, kein Copy-Paste.

Was übertragen wird

Alle wichtigen Mitarbeiterdaten, die Flowmium benötigt, werden direkt aus bestehenden Odoo-Feldern ausgelesen — nichts muss neu eingegeben werden.

Name & Geschlecht

Vor- und Nachname sowie Geschlecht aus dem Mitarbeiterdatensatz.

Berufsbezeichnung

Position aus dem Odoo-Stellenfeld, auf Deutsch und Englisch übertragen.

Geschäftliche E-Mail & Telefon

Geschäftliche E-Mail-Adresse und Telefonnummer aus den Kontaktdaten.

Privatadresse

Straße, PLZ und Ort aus den privaten Adressfeldern des Mitarbeiters.

Geburtstag und Geburtsort aus dem Tab „Private Informationen“.
