Password Protected PDF
Password Protected PDF: This module contains custom configuration for Password Protected PDF based on report actions.
Highlights
Password Protected PDF
This module is used for PDF protection.
1.Configuration of Password Protected PDF Report: Go to Setting -> Technical -> Actions -> Reports. Here the user can configure the password by tick the checkbox of the password field and setting the password in the Advanced Properties Tab for all actions.
2. The user can download the Purchase Order as a password-encrypted PDF file.
3. Password-Protected Purchase Order PDF: The user must enter a password to access the PDF report.
4. Configuration of a password-protected PDF through E-mail template: Go to Settings > Technical > Email > Email Templates. Here User can able to configure password by Tick the checkbox of Password field and set the Password in Email Configuration tab.
5. Once configured, the invoice pdf also a password protected if user access through "Send By Email"
6. Password protection through email template: Click send by email-> Odoo email template -> Click on Order pdf. Here user can download pdf after entering the password
7. The user can access the Order pdf by giving password
8. If user enters the wrong password, they cannot view the pdf. The user must enter the correct password to access the PDF report.

Yes, the app works perfectly well with Odoo Enterprise as well as Odoo Community. Odoo Online (Cloud) does not allow installation of third-party apps and hence this app cannot be installed on Odoo Online.
