Why Choose This Module
Features Per-contact, per-purpose consent records (email prospection, SMS, phone, postal, profiling) with explicit legal basis (consent / legitimate interest / soft opt-in B2B existing-customer). Consent-proof log: timestamped, immutable evidence entries (web form, double opt-in click, signed paper, imported list with source) — the burden-of-proof trail a regulator asks for. Data-source provenance per contact: where each address came from (own form, purchased list, event, partner co-reg) and whether that source permits prospection. Purchased/co-registered sources are flagged for extra scrutiny. Opt-out enforcement: a withdrawn or expired consent immediately blocks the matching channel; helper that screens a recipient set before a campaign. Consent expiry / re-confirmation reminders (configurable retention, e.g. the CNIL 13-month inactivity guidance) via scheduled action. CNIL/APD/AP register export wizard (CSV) — you keep the accountability record; nothing is transmitted to any authority.
