Features Questionnaire packs structured by the law's risk pillars (droits humains, environnement, santé-sécurité, éthique des affaires, sous-traitance) with weighted questions and scoring scales. Vigilance campaigns targeting a supplier panel, with response capture, per-pillar and global weighted scores (0-100) and an automatic risk tier (faible / modéré / élevé / critique). Risk flags raised automatically from low scores or critical answers, with an action-plan (plan d'actions) and mitigation tracking (draft → in progress → mitigated). Supplier vigilance profile consolidating the latest assessment, residual risk level and next reassessment date. Vigilance-plan worksheet export (cartographie des risques) the customer includes in its published plan de vigilance.
