FR Eco-Contribution
Saisir l'éco-participation / éco-contribution (DEEE, mobilier, emballages) sur les lignes de vente et construire la feuille de déclaration à l'éco-organisme
Gestion de l'éco-contribution / de la taxe DEEE (FR / BE / NL). Le module définit des catégories d'éco-participation par filière et par éco-organisme avec un historique de barème daté, calcule l'éco-contribution par ligne de vente ou de facture, et agrège une feuille de déclaration exportable en CSV que vous recopiez dans le portail de l'éco-organisme.
Fonctionnalités Clés
Catégorie d'éco-participation
Suit la Catégorie, le Code, l'Éco-organisme, l'éco-participation en vigueur et l'historique des barèmes.
Déclaration d'éco-contribution
Suit la Société, l'Éco-organisme, l'Année, le N° de période et la période. En un clic : construire, confirmer, marquer déclarée, réinitialiser et voir les lignes.
Éco-participation datée
Suit la Catégorie, le montant unitaire, la date d'effet, la date de fin et une note, pour un historique complet des barèmes.
Éco-organisme (REP)
Suit l'Éco-organisme, le Code, le Pays, l'URL du portail et une note. En un clic : voir les catégories.
Réconciliation annuelle
Suit l'Éco-organisme, les lignes et les déclarations incluses. En un clic : calculer, clôturer, réinitialiser et voir les déclarations.
Import de la grille tarifaire
Suit l'Éco-organisme, la grille tarifaire, le fichier CSV, la clôture des barèmes précédents et l'ignorance des codes inconnus. En un clic : importer.

Pourquoi Choisir ce Module
Catégories d'éco-participation par filière (DEEE, mobilier, emballages, piles, textiles), par organisme (Ecologic, Ecosystem, Recupel, Bebat, Eco-mobilier, etc.), avec un historique daté de l'éco-participation unitaire. Affectation de l'éco-participation aux articles : attribuez une ou plusieurs catégories à un article, avec un calcul selon la quantité (à l'unité / au kg). Saisie sur la ligne : éco-contribution calculée par ligne de commande ou de facture ; visible, auditable et jamais masquée dans le prix. Feuille de déclaration : agrégation des quantités et des montants par organisme / catégorie sur une période, avec un export CSV que le client recopie dans le portail de l'éco-organisme. Flux d'états : brouillon -> confirmé -> déclaré, avec des totaux recalculés en direct.
