Why Choose This Module
Features Commission plans: flat %, tiered brackets (progressive marginal rate), and fixed-per-deal, on invoiced or paid basis. Agent statutes: agent commercial, VRP exclusif, VRP multicartes, apporteur d'affaires — each with its own indemnity rule. End-of-contract indemnity accrual: the agent-commercial indemnité de fin de contrat is customarily ~2 years of average gross commission (C. com. L134-12); the VRP indemnité de clientèle (C. trav. L7313-13) is capped. A monthly accrual provision is computed and tracked. Clawback: commission on cancelled / unpaid / returned deals is reversed according to the plan's clawback window. Statement lifecycle: draft -> confirmed -> paid, with per-line drill-down, recompute, and a CSV export for the payroll/AP handover.
