Features Co-ownership (copropriete / VME) with its building lots (lots). Each lot carries its tantiemes/quotites per distribution key (cle de repartition): general charges, lift, heating, etc. Expense budgets and actual expenses tagged with a distribution key. Charge-allocation engine: distributes each expense across the lots in proportion to their share in the relevant key, to the cent, with a rounding-adjustment line so the allocation always totals the expense. Owner statements (decompte individuel) per lot and per period. General assembly (assemblee generale / algemene vergadering) minutes with resolutions, attendance and majority rules.
