What does this module do?
Cash on Delivery is the dominant payment method for e-commerce in Bangladesh, but it also carries the highest risk of fake or never-collected orders. This module checks a customer’s phone number against their courier delivery history using one of two independent fraud-check services, so staff can decide whether to call the customer before dispatching a COD shipment.
The check runs automatically when a Cash on Delivery order is confirmed (and even earlier, when the COD transaction is placed at checkout), and can also be triggered manually at any time. The result is informational — the module never blocks confirmation.

How It Works
1. Configure — choose a provider (FraudChecker.link or BD Courier) and enter your API key in Settings.
2. Flag your COD method — tick "This is a Cash on Delivery method" on the relevant payment provider.
3. Confirm an order — the delivery contact’s phone number is checked automatically against the provider’s courier history.
4. Review the result — risk level, parcel counts and per-courier breakdown appear on the order’s smart button and chatter.
5. Check manually anytime — use the "Check Fraud Status" button on any quotation or order.

This module is a client integration for two independent third-party services. All fraud-check data, plans and API access are provided by them, not by this module’s author:

A valid account and API key with one of these providers is required. Your usage of their service is subject to their own terms, pricing and plan limits.
