Overview
This module provides enhanced financial visibility by displaying complete details of invoices and bills, including product names and line subtotals in the partner ledger report. Perfect for accountants who need detailed transaction tracking at the product level.
Key Features
Invoice Details
Displays detailed line items for each invoice and bill in partner ledger reports
Product Information
Shows product name, quantity, unit price, and subtotal for each line
Initial Balance
Shows opening balance for each partner before the selected period
Running Balance
Displays cumulative balance after each transaction
PDF Export
Print detailed partner ledger with all product information
Flexible Filters
Filter by date, partners, account type, and entry status
How to Use
- Navigate: Go to
Accounting > Reporting > Detailed Partner Ledger - Configure: Select date range, partners (optional), and account type (Receivable/Payable/Both)
- Filter: Choose to show only posted entries or all entries
- Generate: Click "Print Report" to generate the PDF report
