Auto-raise supplier POs from sales orders with margin guard
Setting up drop-ship and back-to-back procurement by hand is fiddly and error-prone. This module automates B2B procurement directly from the sales order: define procurement rules, and on sale confirmation it raises the supplier purchase orders for you — either drop-ship (the supplier delivers directly to your customer) or back-to-back (buy on demand, ship from your own warehouse). Every purchase line keeps a link back to its originating sales line.

Procurement Rule Engine
Match by all products, product category, specific products, or "has a preferred supplier" — optionally restricted to chosen customers — so the right rule fires at confirmation.
Two Procurement Modes
Each rule runs in drop-ship mode (PO delivery address set to the customer) or back-to-back mode (purchase on demand, ship from your warehouse).
Automatic Supplier Selection
Use a forced supplier or the product's preferred vendor, with cost pricing pulled straight from the vendor pricelist.
Margin Guard
Warn or hard-block PO creation when projected margin falls below a configurable threshold, so unprofitable orders never slip through.
Grouping & Auto-Confirm
POs are grouped per supplier with optional auto-confirmation, and sale↔purchase states stay in sync (created / confirmed / received / delivered).
