This module turns Odoo's native lot and serial tracking into a full traceability and recall toolkit: trace any affected lot forward to every customer that received it and backward to its source receipts, build a one-click recall list, and notify customers from a single document. Designed with UK FSA food-traceability obligations in mind, it works for any lot/serial tracked product — pharma, electronics, automotive and more.

A genealogy explorer walks any lot or serial number through its done stock moves, classifying each as inbound (where it came from) or outbound (where it went) with a clear movement summary.
Product Recall Workflow
A dedicated recall document with a Draft → Investigating → Traced → Customers Notified → Closed status flow, recall/withdrawal/safety-alert types and Class I/II/III severity.
One-Click Recall List
"Build Recall List" forward-traces affected lots through outbound deliveries to produce a per-customer recall list with delivered quantities — no spreadsheets, no guesswork.
