Track waste streams, recycling rate, disposal cost and UK duty-of-care worksheet
Waste data is usually scattered across collection notes, supplier invoices and spreadsheets. This module centralises it: define waste streams, log each collection movement with weight and cost, and let Odoo compute your recycling rate, landfill diversion and cost per site and period — backed by a printable UK Duty of Care worksheet.
Key Features
Waste Streams
General, mixed recycling, food, WEEE, hazardous and more — each with disposal route, hazardous flag, EWC code and a default cost-per-tonne for automatic costing.
Movement Log
Record date, stream, site, weight (kg auto-converted to tonnes), disposal cost, carrier and destination facility, with a draft → confirmed → invoiced lifecycle.
Recycling Metrics
Per-site total tonnage, recycled tonnage and recycling rate are computed automatically, so diversion-from-landfill is always up to date.
UK Duty of Care
Registered carrier records with registration number, tier, expiry and a live validity flag. Movements check carrier validity and print a Duty of Care / consignment worksheet.
Targets & Status
Set recycling or diversion targets per year and site, with computed actual value, achievement percentage and an on-track / off-track status.
Period Reporting
