🇦🇿 Azerbaijan E-Taxes Integration
Pull company data from E-Taxes into your contacts
Stop typing tax documents manually
If you work with Azerbaijani companies, you've probably typed in company details from tax documents dozens of times. We built this to let you skip that. Enter a VOEN (tax ID) and we fetch everything from the State Tax Service database—company name, address, legal representative, the works.
Works with the official E-Taxes public API at new.e-taxes.gov.az. No credentials needed, just needs internet access.
What we built for you
Search by VOEN
Enter the tax ID and pull the full company record in seconds. Beats copying from PDF certificates.
Search by company name
Don't have the VOEN handy? Search by name instead. Useful when a partner hands you a business card but no tax docs.
Pick from multiple matches
If the search returns several companies (common names happen), you'll see them all in a popup. Pick the right one before importing.
Auto-fills contact fields
Once you select a company, it writes the name, VOEN, address, and legal rep straight into the partner form.
Works on your own company too
The same buttons show up in Settings → Companies. Keep your own company data synced with what the tax authority has on file.
Tracks legal representatives
Adds a field for the authorized signatory. Helpful when you need to know who can actually sign contracts.

How it works
- Open or create a contact — Go to Contacts, open a company record. Make sure "Is a Company" is checked.
- Click the search button — You'll see "Search by Tax ID" and "Search by Name" buttons next to the name field. Use whichever one you have data for.
- Review results — If there's more than one match, a popup shows all of them. Check addresses or other details to pick the right one.
- Import — Click "Update Details" and the form fills itself out. Save the contact when you're done.

About the API: This connects to the public search endpoint that anyone can access. You don't need to register or get an API key. If the tax authority's site is down, searches won't work—but that's rare.
