Go to Inventory --> Reports --> Inventory Stock Ageing Report
The Date Filter in the Inventory Stock Ageing Report allows users to generate reports based on specific time periods. This filter helps in analyzing stock ageing as of a chosen date.
The Warehouse Filter in the Inventory Stock Ageing Report allows users to analyze stock ageing data specific to selected warehouses. This feature is useful for businesses managing inventory across multiple locations.
The Stock Location Filter in the Inventory Stock Ageing Report allows users to analyze stock ageing data based on specific stock locations within a warehouse. This helps in tracking the ageing of inventory at a more granular level.
The Product Filter in the Inventory Stock Ageing Report allows users to generate reports for specific products. This feature helps in analyzing the ageing of selected inventory items, making it easier to track stock movements and shelf life.
The Product Category Filter in the Inventory Stock Ageing Report allows users to generate reports based on specific product categories. This feature helps in analyzing stock ageing for a particular group of products, making inventory tracking more efficient.
Start by selecting the date.
Click on the "Stock Warehouses" dropdown and select a specific warehouse. and the report will display ageing details only for the chosen warehouse.
After selecting the warehouse, the data is displayed with the following columns: Product, Product Category, Location, and Periods (0-30, 31-60, 61-90, 91-120, and Total).
After selecting a location, the data specific to that location will also be displayed.
Once multiple warehouses are selected, the report will reflect stock ageing data from each selected warehouse and the Location column will display the corresponding warehouse locations
Once a product is selected, the report will display stock ageing details only for that product and Multiple products can also be selected, and the report will update accordingly to show data for all chosen items.
Once a category is selected, the report will display stock ageing details only for products within that category and Multiple product categories can be selected to compare stock ageing across different product groups and The Product Category column in the report will reflect only the selected categories.
