Overview
Odoo Certificate & license management app of Odoo helps you to automate your processes of creating certification, or licenses for your customers in an easy way. As an organization if you are issuing various certificates, licenses to your customers, vendors, employee or suppliers this is a great app to manage all your certificates in one single software. After installing the module, you can access and manage it through the Certificates Menu. This menu allows you to create, edit, and track certificates efficiently within the Odoo system, streamlining certification-related processes.

You can create different **certificate types** based on the specific purposes or areas where you need to issue the certificates. This allows for customization and organization of certificates, ensuring they align with the intended context or achievement type.

Fill data in it.

The Tree View of the Certificate Menu includes sections for Certificate Types (e.g., Completion, Achievement), Certificates Issued (viewing, filtering, exporting), Certificate Templates (creation and management), and Settings (configuration and user permissions). This structure enhances navigation and efficiency in the Odoo module.

This is the **Form View** for a certificate, and it has been filled with relevant values for the certificate details, including the recipient, type, dates, issuing authority, and project information.

In the **Form View** for the certificate, you need to fill in the **Start Date** and **Expiry Date**. Based on these dates, the system will automatically indicate whether the certificate is **Active** or **Expired**.

This is the **Kanban View** for certificates, providing an organized, card-based layout. Each certificate is displayed with key details like name, type, date, and status, allowing for a quick overview and easy management of certificates within the Odoo module.

This is the **Calendar View** for certificates, displaying key certificate events such as issue dates, expiration dates, and reminders. It provides a visual timeline to easily track and manage certificates within the system.

To configure the outgoing mail server, go to **Settings**, then navigate to **Technical**. From there, select the **Outgoing Mail Servers** option to manage your email server settings.


Ensure all fields in the **Outgoing Mail Server Settings** are filled out correctly. This includes entering the server name, port number, encryption method, and authentication details. Proper configuration is essential for reliable email functionality within the system.

After filling in the information in the settings, click the **Test Connection** button. This will verify the connection, indicating whether it is successful or not.

To access additional features and resources related to the certificate, please click the "Go to Website" button. This will direct you to the relevant online portal for further information and functionalities.

In the **Form View** for the certificate, there is a **Certification** button. When clicked, it displays all the certification values and relevant data associated with the certificate, providing a comprehensive overview of the certification details.


This is the **Form View** for your certificate, and all necessary details have been filled out. The process is now complete; this is your certificate.
