1. Contact Validator Configuration
To optimize Contact in Odoo, enable the "Contact Validator" feature under > Companies > User & Companies > Settings. This allows user to add contact in proper format.

User have to select contact validator in that these are the fields 1.Mobile Syntax Check 2.Mobile Duplicacy Check.
3. Mobile Syntax Check
Go to Contacts and create new data by clicking on "New." add a name and contact. In-contact mobile number syntax checking focuses on validating and ensuring the correct formatting of phone numbers entered in mobile contact management systems. This process is crucial for maintaining accurate communication details. less than 10 digits or more then 10 digits is not acceptable. example:- 986578549,9568556685
4. Mobile Syntax Check
Communication Errors: Incorrect characters (like letters or special symbols) can render phone numbers unusable for calls or messaging. It cannot contain special characters like ['=','/', '*', '-', '_', ',' ,'~', '#', '$', '%', '^', '&', '?', '|'],etc.as this may cause issues during any contact related process, thus improving system reliability.
5. Mobile Syntax Check
Misplaced Entry: Users may accidentally enter letters when they intended to enter a phone number. Example:- any letter like a, b, c etc.
6. Mobile Duplicacy Check
A mobile number duplicacy check is a process used to identify and manage duplicate entries of phone numbers in contact management systems or databases.
