Product Pricelist Matrix
Product Pricelist Matrix allows you to compare prices across multiple pricelists for your selected products in a single report. Instantly see how each pricelist prices every product at any target quantity and export the results as PDF, CSV or XLSX with one click.
1. Select Products & Open Compare Pricelists Matrix
From the Sales → Products list, select one or more products, then open Actions → Compare Pricelists Matrix to launch the report wizard.
2. Configure the Pricelist Matrix Report
Set a Target Quantity and select one or more Pricelists to include in the comparison. Use Add Products to include additional products beyond your initial selection.
3. Compare Multiple Pricelists Side by Side
Add multiple pricelists to view all prices side by side in a single matrix. Each column represents one pricelist, making price differences immediately visible.
4. Change Target Quantity to See Quantity-Based Prices
Update the Target Quantity field to instantly recalculate prices across all selected pricelists. Quantity-based pricing rules are applied automatically, highlighting discounts in the matrix.
5. Print as PDF Report
Click the Print button and select PDF from the dropdown to generate a clean, professional PDF of the Pricelist Matrix Report, ready to share with customers or your sales team.
6. Export as CSV
Click the Print button and select CSV from the dropdown to export the Pricelist Matrix to a CSV file for further analysis. All product names, UOM and pricelist columns are preserved exactly as shown on screen.
7. Export as Excel Spreadsheet (XLSX)
Click the Print button and select XLSX from the dropdown to export the matrix to Excel format. The full column layout is preserved so you can filter, sort and analyse pricelist data directly in Excel.
