Purchase Multi Discount
Apply multiple discounts on purchase orders in a clean and controlled way. Configure multi-level discounts per line, let Odoo calculate the final cost automatically, and keep your vendor negotiations fully traceable.
1. Apply Multiple Discounts Per Line
Each purchase order line includes three discount columns — Disc.%, Disc.2 (%), and Disc.3 (%). Enter different percentages to handle trade discounts, rebates, or volume bonuses directly on the RFQ.
2. Auto Calculate All Prices
Change any discount value and the line amount updates instantly. The Untaxed Amount and Total are recalculated automatically, and every change is logged in the chatter for a full audit trail.
3. Pass Discount to Bill
Once the purchase order is confirmed, all three discount values are automatically carried over to the linked Vendor Bill — no re-entry needed.
4. Vendor Bill Discount
Discount values passed from the purchase order are fully editable in the Vendor Bill. Adjust any value if the vendor applies a last-minute change and totals will update automatically.
5. Purchase Order Report
The printed Purchase Order report displays all three discount columns per line, giving vendors a transparent view of the agreed discount breakdown.
6. Vendor Bill Report
The Vendor Bill report mirrors the discount structure of the purchase order, so your accounting team can verify the final billed amount against the negotiated discounts.
